Owner, Operator, & Coach
Justin Turner
Justin Turner is the Youth Pastor at Countryside Bible Church in Southlake. He played Varsity Football and Basketball at Carroll High School.
​
His desire is to provide teams & training that teach young people how to play the Right Way….putting God first, prioritizing team over individual accomplishments, working hard, building friendships, and developing skills that will translate to the next level instead of just trying to win at all costs. Justin began Right Way Sports to teach kids how to have fun, be good teammates, and to point them to Jesus, who is the only way to salvation (John 14:6)!

Boys Coach - 6th & 7th Grade
Jesse Calvillo
Jesse Calvillo has worked with several high school basketball programs over the last 7 years. The most recent being a varsity assistant at Keller Central High School. Even though he no longer coaches for a high school program, he still has a deep passion for teaching the game of basketball.

Jesse and his wife Andi have been married for 4 years. They have three kids.

Men's Coach - 8th Grade & JV
Jack Nobles
Currently coaching and teaching at Leo Adams Middle school.
Played basketball at Byron Nelson High school and graduated in 2016. Went on to be an All conference at Collin County Community college before transferring to Wayland Baptist University where he was All Conference and helped win the first conference championship in school history. Graduated in 2020 from Wayland Baptist and was graduate assistant coach from 2020-2021. Coached basketball at Northwest High school from 2021-2022 and has been coaching at Leo Adams Middle school from 2022-present.

Jack is engaged to his fiancé Aaliyah and they are expecting a girl in April of 2025.

Boys Coach - 5th Grade
Tylan Dean
Tylan played collegiately at Dallas Baptist University and at Rogers State University.
While Tylan continues to pursue his dream of playing in the NBA G-League, he is committed to coaching young players how to play "the Right Way."

Tylan joins the Right Way coaching staff this Spring, and he plans to use his relationships as a platform to further the good news of Jesus Christ!

Girls Coach - 11u & 6th Grade
Catherine Akers
Catherine has been playing and loving basketball for years. She played Varsity for Timber Creek HS in Keller, and she played all the way up through her freshman year in college.

​​Cat's goal when coaching is to inspire and help guide players to reach their best potential on and off the court. Her hope as a coach is for players to play for God's glory, and to have fun while playing the game.

Boys Coach - 11u & 6th Grade
Hunter Hardeman
Hunter Hardeman has been immersed in athletics since youth. With over 18 years in the Parks and Recreation industry he has been involved at all levels of various sports, from playing to coaching and he brings a wide array of experience to Right Way Sports. With an emphasis on sportsmanship and discipline he looks forward to helping shape youth to be the best versions of themselves both on and off the court.

Coach Hardeman’s goal in coaching is to encourage his team to strive for excellence, display respect for others, and have fun. All with the ultimate goal of bringing Glory to God in everything the team does.

Boys Coach - 3rd & 4th Grade
Ross Eldred
Coach Ross has been involved in athletics since youth. He attended Missouri State University for both undergrad and graduate school. After working in the private sector for a number of years, Coach Ross has served his country in Federal Law Enforcement for the past 17 years. He has served as a mentor and volunteer in many youth and community programs through the years displaying his desire to help and guide others.
He currently coaches his youngest sons Basketball team and his brothers U11 soccer team.

As a Coach he believes in encouraging personal growth, through integrity, character, and leadership while becoming better teammates and overcoming adveristy.
Coach Ross and his wife, Tricia reside in Trophy Club. They have four kids, Hayden 15, Cadence 15, Austin 10, Isaac 8.

Girls Coach & Personal Fitness
Anna Anderson
Coach Anna grew up loving the game of basketball, she played middle school through high school for the Fort Worth Thesa Riders. She now coaches Thesa’s 12u and 14u girls. She has led the 12u to two national championship games, winning one and runner up in the other.
She enjoys instilling the love of basketball into her players but more importantly she teaches her players how to glorify God on and off the court.

Boys Coach - 7th Grade
Jake Browarski
Jake is the Business Education Coordinator for Northwest ISD. His daughter plays for Byron Nelson High School, and his son plays for Medlin Middle School.

Jake lives in Trophy Club, and he enjoys teaching the game of basketball as way to invest in the lives of others. Jake encourages his players to work hard, be good teammates, and to focus on what's important.

Boys Coach - 9u
Abby Anderson
Abby Anderson played basketball all through High school and has enjoyed assistant coaching the THESA Riders girls middle school teams for the last 2 seasons.
She love getting to help young athletes glorify God through basketball. Abby has a heart especially for young ladies to encourage them in their love for basketball but most importantly in their love for Jesus Christ.

Boys Coach - 11u & 5th Grade
Tucker Turner
Tucker is a sophomore at Byron Nelson High School. While starting for the Varsity team during the week, he coached an 11u boys team in the winter on the weekends.

Tucker loves his players, and hopes to model a godly life to them as he leads them on the court.

Drew Ayers
Drew is currently a student at Ole Miss University. When he comes home in the summer, he continues to pursue his goal of one day coaching full time.

During his playing days, Drew played Varsity for Poolville High School. He loves teaching the game of basketball that he grew up loving, and he hopes to continue this summer to help these boys play the Right Way!

Ty Dolgener
Coach Dolgener is a championship winning coach at Grapevine Middle School where he teaches social studies and is the school’s head girls basketball coach.
Coach D leads Fellowship of Christian Athletes at GMS and has a passion for molding athletes into Christ-like leaders.

His goal in coaching is to develop teams/players of strong character and integrity while helping to equip them with the skills to be successful at the next level.

Coach D and his wife Natalie currently live in Grapevine as she is working on becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy, highlighting their joint desire to help others!
